B2B Wave Bulletin is our regular update that highlights recent product improvements and updates we’ve made to the B2B Wave cloud-based B2B eCommerce platform so you can easily stay up-to-date with what’s new.

Profile setting to allow customers to add their own address

Admins can now give customers the option of adding a custom delivery address during checkout.

Filter to show invoiced orders

In the orders menu, orders can now be filtered based on whether or not an invoice has been generated for them.

Filter orders by extra field values of products

Extra Fields assigned to products will now show up as filters in the Orders menu. Admins will be able to filter their orders based on these extra field options (e.g. filter orders by those containing a specific product serial number).

Allow adding of postal code to shipping tracking URL template

You can now add a postal code to the shipping tracking's URL template.

Track changes on price change

Product pricing changes are now tracked. Admins can review when a change was made to a product price and who made the change.

Improve product search results

A more accurate list of products will now be returned for customer searches.

Unsubmitted orders

Customers can have multiple “carts” that can be saved and resumed at any time.
