Here’s how the B2B Wave and
Xero
integration works:
Orders to invoices
- When a new order is placed, B2B Wave automatically transfers the order details to Xero.
- If a payment has been made online, a new payment will be created and linked to the newly-created invoice.
Customers
- When a new invoice is created from B2B Wave to Xero, B2B Wave will automatically create the customer to Xero if the customer isn’t already created.
- The customer’s name, email, and company name are used to check if the customer already exists in Xero.
Products and inventory
- When you change the stock quantity of an item in Xero, the available stock of that product is automatically updated in B2B Wave.
- Inventory is reduced in Xero when an invoice is created from B2B Wave.
Payments
- When an order is marked as paid in B2B Wave, that status is automatically updated in Xero by creating a payment to the corresponding invoice.
- When an order is marked as paid in Xero, that status is automatically updated in B2B Wave.
Importing customers and products
- Import your Xero items to B2B Wave.
- Import your Xero customers to B2B Wave.
- Only notify your customers when your B2B portal is ready.
