Here’s how the B2B Wave and
Stripe
integration works:


Seamless integration
- Accept card payments from customers during checkout without them having to leave your B2B portal.
- Accept ACH payments (US only, coming soon).
- 3DS2 support for SCA.
- Optionally select customers that can pay with Stripe or On Account.



Payment workflows
- Accept payments at order checkout.
- Request a deposit (for example, 50%) and charge the rest of the amount after the order has been fulfilled.
- Allow customers to submit their orders without payment and request payment later.
- Allow customers to securely save their card details on Stripe for easy ordering and re-ordering.



Refunds
- Easily issue refunds for unfulfilled or returned orders through B2B Wave's Admin Panel.



Additional functionalities
- Link payments to invoices in Xero or QuickBooks Online to properly mark invoices as paid.
- Option to request a processing fee per payment.
- Connect multiple Stripe accounts and assign a different Stripe account to each customer.
