Here’s how the B2B Wave and
ChannelAdvisor
integration works:
Orders
- When a new order is submitted on B2B Wave, order details will automatically be sent to ChannelAdvisor.
Products and inventory
- When a new product is added on ChannelAdvisor, B2B Wave will automatically search for this product, and if it doesn't exist, B2B Wave will create a new product with the same product details. If the product already exists, B2B Wave will update all the product details automatically, including availability.
Prices and pricelists
- When new product prices and pricelists are added or updated, B2B Wave will update the corresponding prices and pricelists automatically.
