Here’s how the B2B Wave and
R+L Carriers
integration works:
Order details
- When a customer reaches the step where they need to confirm the order, B2B Wave pushes the order dimensions to the R+L Carriers API in real-time.
Shipping rates
- When the R+L Carriers API replies with the shipping rates, B2B Wave displays them on the confirm order step.
- The rates can be based on customer-specific rules you set on R+L Carriers.
- You can also optionally add a percentage upcharge for each customer and select accessorial services.
- When customers confirm the order, the shipping rates will be included in the order information.
- If payment is collected at the confirm order step, the amount will include the shipping rates.
It shouldn’t take 5 hours, 9 emails, and 12 files to do simple tasks.
