Product Update: October 2019

B2B Wave Bulletin is our regular update that highlights recent product improvements and updates we’ve made to the B2B Wave cloud-based B2B eCommerce platform so you can easily stay up-to-date with what’s new.

Integrations

Xero

1. Shipping option names from B2B Wave (e.g. 'Free Shipping' or FedEx) are now added to Xero invoices. Now, you can use the shipping option name to create the entry for shipping costs in invoice.
2. Xero invoices will now show the discount percentage added to the order.
3. ‍Set up customer payment terms in B2B Wave to reflect Xero payment terms to ensure due dates are calculated properly.
4. Add sales reps as additional contacts to customers.
5. When creating an invoice with Xero, if paid with Stripe, add payment to invoice.
6. PayPal payments are now added to Xero invoices.
7. The total amount paid for a transaction is now added to Xero invoices, and invoices are marked as paid properly.
8. Automatically generate a Xero invoice when a customer's order is submitted.
9. The quantity shipped will now be shown in the customer's 'order history' menu.

Admin Panel

Sales reps added option to allow viewing of prices (use pundit to filter price lists)

‍Admins can now select which price lists a sales rep can view or assign customers to.

Invite customer template

‍The email sent to invite customers to your online portal can now be edited and customized in Settings/Email Templates.

Support access control for brands

‍Products in a given brand can now be made private to specific customers or privacy groups.

Support access control for categories

‍Products in a given product category can now be made private to specific customers or privacy groups.

PDF Catalog cover

‍Admins can now add covers for their PDF catalogs in Settings/Profile/Appearance. The cover will be shown on the first page of the PDF catalog.

Imports/exports

Import dropship orders company name and name

You can now import company name for dropship orders.
