What It Does: Supports product quantity sync from Linnworks to B2B Wave and order sync from B2B Wave to Linnworks.

Direct Product Quantity Editing

Make quick inventory updates for products without variants, without leaving the Products menu.

What It Does: You can click and edit a product’s quantity directly from the Products menu page through a pop-up window, without navigating into the product detail view.

Why Use It: Cut down on time spent managing inventory across large catalogs and avoid unnecessary page navigation when making frequent stock updates.

⚠️ Note: This capability isn’t available if the Warehouses module is enabled.

Audit Log for Category Changes

Keep better track of changes across your product catalog with expanded audit logging for category changes.

What It Does: Changes to category information, such as category names and descriptions, are now tracked in the audit log.

What It Does: B2B Wave can support displaying additional order details (e.g., tracking number) on the customer order history page, beyond the default fields.

What It Does: Once QuickBooks Online populates sales tax on an invoice, it will automatically appear on the B2B Wave order linked to this invoice.

Why Use It: Improve tax accuracy and simplify order-to-invoice processes for teams using QuickBooks Online.  

Customizable QuickBooks Online Invoice Memos

Add more relevant context directly into your invoices. We’ve updated what can be passed into the customer memo field on QuickBooks Online invoices created from B2B Wave.

What It Does: The customer memo field on QuickBooks invoices can be customized to include additional information from B2B Wave, beyond the order number.

Why Use It: Provide finance teams with more context directly inside QuickBooks and tailor invoice content to match your operational or reporting needs.

Improved Dropshipping Data for QuickBooks Desktop

Make sure your invoices reflect where orders actually go. We’ve improved how dropshipping company-name data flows from B2B Wave to QuickBooks Desktop.

What It Does: When a dropshipping order includes a destination company name different from the customer’s company, B2B Wave sends that information to QuickBooks Desktop.

Why Use It: Ensure invoices accurately reflect delivery destinations and minimize the need for manual corrections in dropshipping workflows.

What It Does: B2B Wave can support automatic product imports from ChannelAdvisor, including additional attributes such as ASIN. You can also configure order and payment statuses for synced orders created from B2B Wave to ChannelAdvisor.
